Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. During busy seasons or after markets, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods & Delivery We ship within the United States only via USPS or UPS. Estimated delivery times after shipment:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Priority Shipping: 2–3 business days
Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Fragile & Original Artwork Items Greeting cards, art prints, and original artwork are carefully packaged to arrive in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with a photo of the damage at [your email address].
Lost or Stolen Packages Mon Petit Chou Paper Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
