I'm Vanessa, the founder and artist behind Mon Petit Chou Paper Co.
For years, my career centered around creating beautiful experiences through the event industry. When life unexpectedly slowed down, I found myself drawn back to nature and began experimenting with preserving flowers from my own garden. What started as simple curiosity soon became a creative journey that completely changed the direction of my work.
Today, every design begins with real flowers.
Each bloom is carefully pressed, preserved, and thoughtfully arranged by hand before being photographed and transformed into stationery, artwork, and gifts. Rather than painting with a brush, I create with petals—allowing every flower to retain its natural texture, shape, and character.
I love that pressed flowers carry a sense of permanence. They remind us to slow down, notice the beauty around us, and celebrate life's everyday moments. Whether it's a handwritten note, a framed print, or an original commission, my hope is that each piece brings a little of the garden into your home.
Every product is designed in my South Carolina studio and thoughtfully produced on premium materials with the same attention to detail that goes into each original piece.
